XTC is a boutique consultancy which decided to transfer from in-house HR Management to Talent Management (acquisition)as a service / Talent as a Service (TaaS). Based on our prior experience, we decided to set up a service where personal relationships are more important than formal processes, where mutual trust and transparency are more important than speed, where matching talent with corporate culture is most important.
